Welcome to ORGANIKA - Personal Chef Service PERSONAL CHEF Weekly ongoing dinners for your family in your home. Have me come and take care of dinner duties with all shopping, prep, cooking and clean-up taken care of to ease your schedule. You can also have me have me set up your refrigerator with local and organic farm sourced ingredients, even have me organize and consult with kitchen planning and general efficiency for your everyday meal planning as a dining-out alternative. I also offer grab & go boxes for easy daily solutions. I also provide exquisite meals for dinner parties and special events in your home. HOW IT WORKS 1. Send a basic inquiry and I will return your request with a quote and details about my offerings. (I will respond within 24 hrs) 2. You will let me know if you like to book the date and I will create your menu for you to approve. A small deposit is requested to guarantee the date for dinner parties and special events. 3. I�ll confirm your deposit and forward your customized menu for weekly meals or events. 4. I shop, prep, cook, serve and provide complete clean up of your kitchen and dining area. 5. You make the final payment before my departure from your special event or dinner party. For weekly meal service, I will invoice you at the end of your week. Your meals are prepared with organic and local market finds for any gathering with all original menus to choose from. Since 2006 I have brought many happy clients and their guests the opportunity to taste the abundance of locally sourced ingredients prepared in your kitchen with my extensive background for a memorable experience. I come to your residence - preparing custom meals with clean rustic flavors from seasonal and organic ingredients found at our local markets or your preference of shoppes. SPECIAL EVENTS √ Menu planning, shopping, transportation, cooking, serving and clean-up. √ For dinner parties and special events, there might be the need of servers and bartenders, depending on the size and choice of service. Unlike many other personal chefs, I only book one event per date. I am your chef for the evening. MENUS Customized menus of salads, soups, appetizers, entrees and dessert.
