Small Alpaca Farm of the Northeast Association

The Small Alpaca Farms of the Northeast Association (SAFONA) is dedicated to promoting the interest of small to medium size alpaca breeders/farms throughout DE, MD, PA, NJ, VA and WV through education, unification and promotion of alpacas, alpaca fiber and alpaca fiber products. SAFONA members understand not only the value of breeding and selling ARI (Alpaca Registry, Inc.) alpacas but also the need to promote and sell our American alpaca fiber and alpaca products by offering farm tours, on-going support systems to new breeders, hosting local events and organizing and hosting local fiber festival events featuring all natural fibers.
