We specialize in honey and bee hive products - producing natural, pure and truly local raw and specially labeled honeys and pollen from our own bees in New Jersey's Mercer, Somerset, Hunterdon counties including the towns of Princeton, Hopewell, Hillsborough, Ringoes and others. Additionally, we sell an unusual and large selection of varietal honeys from both the US and NJ that have found a considerable following here in central NJ. Honeys all taste different and each has its own unique health properties. Our varietal honeys include but are not limited to: Tupelo (US south), Eucalyptus (California), Alfalfa (Wyoming), Raspberry Blossom (Maine), Palmetto (Florida), Orange blossom (Florida), USDA certified Organic Tropical Wildflower (Brazil), Star Thistle (PA), Clover (NJ/PA), Wildflower (NJ/PA).
