We're raising the type of angus beef cattle in Asheville, North Carolina that will make you proud. Our family has been caring for these animals for over 100 years and we're pleased to provide local, healthful, nourishing beef.
We've learned much from our traditions and we continue to learn with an ever-changing market. We practice intensive grazing, responsible animal husbandry, and ensure that all our animals are happy and healthy.

We proudly offer pastured beef sold by the quarter. Orders are placed and deposits are collected prior to harvest. We stay in contact with customers and arrange for on the farm pick up on the same day that beef arrives back from processing. Our customer email campaigns announce upcoming harvest dates for each and orders can be placed via email at that time.
