Barber's Farm

Nestled in the very heart of the Schoharie Valley, The Barber Family has been respectfully tending their land for 5 generations. Learning from experience has taught us how to build and maintain natural systems within the soil, which give Barber's homegrown vegetables the incredible flavor that repeatedly draws customers from Lake Placid, Mew York City, Connecticut and New Jersey. This is a real working farm of over 500 acres as well as a 100-cow dairy. Everyone can enjoy seeing the calves or step inside the barn where the cows are milked twice a day. Beginning in May, our greenhouses provide you with lush hanging baskets for your home and vigorous flowering and vegetable plants for your garden.
