Organically raised Normande beef and poultry. Our cattle are 100% grass fed from the excellent forage we grow here at the farm. Vermont grass is some of the finest and most nutritious in the world. Our chickens are raised on buckwheat, oats, barley and corn organically grown at the farm, with some supplemental certified organic feed from Green Mountain Feeds in Bethel, VT. Our beef and chicken is available for sale at the farm and is featured on the menu at local restaurants.
