Health Hero Island Farm, a 180-acre farm in South Hero, Vermont, has a 100% grass-fed beef herd. Our beef is USDA-processed and we sell it frozen by the cut or side of beef. We also have budget packages, if you want to stock up. We sell at the farm, farmers markets and we deliver to homes in our area. We are applying to accept EBT purchases. We are building our herd (now about 60 head). We offer farm tours and are eager to share how our practices are building the soil and helping to clean up Lake Champlain.
