BaySave

Baysave is a sustainable aquatic farming operation focused on aquaculture education, support, research and development. Our small working waterfront community in rural New Jersey is the primary landing port for Delaware Bay oysters and hosts about a dozen seafood producers and harvesters. We sell blue claw crabs and soft shell crabs to both wholesale and retail customers.
