Renaissance Farms Ltd is an established producer of quality grassfed Galloway beef. As a heritage breed, the Galloway is the oldest recognized breed of British cattle alive today. Galloway have been known for over 5 centuries for their exquisite meat, as well as their ability to thrive in harsh conditions. As a breed they are ideally suited to grassfed beef production. The Galloway cattle at Renaissance Farms Ltd are being used to successfully renovate previously abused and distressed pastures. They are the original prairie preservationists! Our Gourmet Grassfed Galloway Beef is available by the packaged pound, or by the side. Beeves are typically harvested in June and October/November. Please email or call for details and availability.
