CSA: Beaver Creek Game Farms

Our CSA is a 10 week long season that starts when you want it to. The basic box you will receive contains eggs of your choice (quail or pheasant, chicken will become available soon) and 5lbs of fresh, seasonal produce grown right on our farms.

Every week we post what is available online through social media and our blog. We allow our members to request things in their box each week, however, nothing is guaranteed. Everything is based of availability of inventory and mother nature.

We also allow members to add on meats, value added items, or just more produce for a slightly reduced rate.
