Luna Chicks

Our egg-laying flock consists of 42 hens and 3 roosters of various breeds, including Wyandottes, Brahmas, Rhode Island Reds, Delawares, Welsummers, Americana and Jersey Giants. We hatch out our own eggs every spring and offer delicious eggs and meat for sale all year long. The birds roam daily in the grass and sunshine of our beautiful Bedford County PA farm, foraging on all of the goodies that nature has to offer. We feed only Certified Organic grains to all of our animals. We also have raised Pekin, Cayuga, and Golden Cascade ducks and offer their eggs and meat for sale as well. Our eggs are great tasting with sunny yellow/orange yolks, laid by happy and healthy chickens. Our eggs are Animal Welfare Approved! Our sustainable farming practices include Heritage Poultry, Kunekune pigs, grass fed beef, honeybees and organic spelt flour.
