Bee Rooted strives to advocate and develop healthier non-toxic communities. We ethically and humanely relocate unwanted honey bee colonies from urban environments and relocate them to organically managed apiaries. After rehabilitating for a year in the apiary, they are sustainably managed and harvested if they have enough honey to share. No plastics are used in the hive, no sugar water is fed to the bees, and no treatment chemicals are ever applied in the hive. No royal jelly is ever harvested as it is an unsustainable practice.

In addition to our organically managed colonies of rescued honey bees, we also rehabilitate habitat by obtaining grants and planting native plants in pollinator gardens.

We offer classes, mentor ships, field trips, and more. We sell our raw, never heated, organically managed, sustainably harvested honey and products locally and on our website.

As a holistically minded beekeeper, we rescue local colonies, rehabilitate them, and sustainably harvest bee products once they are reestablished. All apiaries are in the Inland Empire and are managed organically without sugar water feeding, chemical treatments, or plastic frames. We also plant pollinator gardens in the community, offer classes and mentorships, offer field trips, provide education at community events, offer experienced speakers to organizations, and more.
