During COVID, we (like many others) did some pivoting and re-evaluating of our business. We are no longer growing greens, and have shifted our focus to our farm-crafted beverages under the name "St. Steve's Farm-Crafted Beverages". Our greenhouses are now filled with plants we grow for our beverages.

We hand-craft small batch cordials (flavored syrups) on the farm made with ingredients we grow. Over the past few years we've added a lot of herbal flavors (now have about more than 27 different flavors), our newest addition is Tulsi Basil! Cordials are great in teas, lattes, sodas, mocktails, cocktails, salad dressings, sauces and baking. We're also canning farm-crafted sodas and sparkling waters using ingredients we grow on the farm, and we offer our line of herbal teas (available in pyramid tea bags), as well as our herbal chai concentrate, made without tea or caffeine from anti-inflammatory herbs and spices, most of which we are growing on the farm. We also offer "Tours & Tastings" - a chance for you to come out to the farm, have a tour and see how we grow our ingredients, and then taste our teas and cordials in a relaxing farm/garden setting. Holland Farmers Market - Main season we're attending Wednesdays and Saturdays. After Christmas, the market is open (inside the Civic Center) on Saturdays January through April.

Looking for a fun outdoor activity for your family or friend group? Come visit the farm! Our tours take visitors through our regenerative, sustainable farm and finish with a cordial and tea tasting in our very own tasting room (approximately 1.5-2 hours). You can book a tour using the link on any page of our website - join a public tour or book a private tour for your group of 10 people or less. Want something a bit different? We also offer tours and tastings for larger groups, team-building outings, or we can bring a tasting and "virtual tour" to your location.
