Family share box gives you: 75 lbs of Beef, Pork, & Lamb (we can substitute), 10 Dozen Eggs, 5 chickens, Veggies, Fruits, Mushrooms, Herbs, Kraut, and other Artesian foods. All meat is raised on our Farm, Some vegetables are shared with our Certified Organic neighbor.
Each box delivered Bi-weekly will include: 7-10 lbs meat,( typically: 1-2 lb ground beef, 1-2 lbs steaks or chops, 2-3 lb Chuck or pork shoulder roast, 2 lbs meaty soup/stew bones or shanks and during the second half of the season, 1 chicken), 1 dozen eggs, along with in season veggies, fruits, herbs, mushrooms, & edible flowers. There will also be one jar of kraut in each box and extras from our Farmstead CSK.
This 20 week family share (10 boxes) is $950. One Payment saves you $50; Two pmts-$500 now, & $425 on June 15 Saves $25. Or three: $350 now, $300 by May15, $300 by July 15.
Smaller shares can be worked out on an individual basis.
