We specialize in Heritage Chickens, ducks and quail for meat and eggs. Our birds are pasture raised all natural with no antibiotics. Heritage breeds take longer to grow but the flavor is worth the wait.Heritage breeds are sustainable and much more humane than those poor cornish crosses that can barely walk.We dress them on site humanely. We also grow a variety of Heirloom vegetables and fruits that are grown hydroponically. This reduces water usage and the need for pesticides and herbicides which we DO NOT USE!!! We feel that sometimes older is better!We also have a limited amount of organically fed pasture raised chickens.
