Prairie Plate Restaurant is a farm-to-table restaurant located in a rural setting where guests enjoy a seasonal menu based on products from our co-located certified organic farm and regional providers. 
      Over 85% of the produce on the menu is provided by our co-located certified Organic farm.  We  use Grass-Fed beef, pasture-raised pork, chicken and lamb in our entrees.   Steelhead trout is supplied by a local fish farm.  Local dairies provide most of our artisan cheeses, in addition to milk and cream.  Check our website for a complete listing of suppliers. 
     Vegetarian options are always on the menu and we accommodate other dietary needs and restrictions with advance notice.
