Benoit Family Farmstead

Benoit Family Farmstead began from scratch with just a few chickens and a couple of cows. What started as a small family effort to raise food we trusted for our own table has grown year by year into something far bigger than we ever imagined.

Today, we raise pasture-raised chicken, pork, and beef right here in Centralia, Missouri. We also operate one of the only on-farm chicken processing facilities in the area, allowing us to carefully handle every step of our poultry production ourselves. For pork and beef, we partner with trusted local butchers so we can keep our focus on raising healthy animals and serving our customers well.

In June 2025, we proudly opened our on-farm store, a one-of-a-kind space that sells only locally raised meats and goods. From pasture to processing to your table, everything here is rooted in transparency, quality, and connection.
