We are a family farm on our 8th generation of continuous operation, farming some of the same acreage our ancestors did. We run a dairy operation (Upstate Niagara co-op, no direct sales or raw milk sales) with some beef sales, along with our fresh vegetables primarily potatoes and cabbage for nearly year-round sale.

Cabbage: red & green varieties by the head, 50 lb bag, or bulk bin.
Potatoes: white and red skin varieties with white flesh, along with yellow skin with yellow flesh varieties; sorted by size in 5lb, 10lb, or 50lb bags.
Beef: Angus-cross, retail packaged & inspected in vacuum-sealed plastic.
