Berge's Beef

Berge's Beef is owned and operated by Chad & Holly Berge from Colfax, WI. We raise 100% Grass-fed Scottish Highland Beef Cattle in the gorgeous rolling pastures of the Chippewa Valley. Our beef is marketed and sold directly to the consumer, and is also available in the local co-op at various times throughout the year. The cattle graze on nothing but luscious pasture grasses during the spring and summer months, and munch on hay that we harvest at our farm during the winter. The Scottish Highland breed is a unique and docile herd of cattle that we are proud to own and raise. Our beef can be purchased in bulk or smaller quantities at various times during the year when we butcher (usually in the late spring and early winter).
