Twin Circle Farm is family owned and operated, located in Edwardsville, Il. Our passion and love for farming started many years ago while growing up on the farms of our family members, and our time to fulfill a lifelong dream seems to have finally arrived. Our farm is small, but with hard work, determination, and faith we will succeed and grow! We specialize in gourmet mushrooms and garlic. Mushroom varieties we currently grow are Pearl and Blue Oyster. Garlic varieties include hard-neck Spanish Roja and Music. There are numerous health benefits to both garlic and mushrooms, and both are a staple in many recipes. We are Certified Naturally Grown.
