Manistee Turkey Ranch

We began as a hobby of our partner Joel. He loves birds. We learn a lot from them. They really are a lot of fun. We now breed and raise Red Bourbon Turkeys, and we also raise Great White Turkeys for those who prefer. Eggs and chicks are available in the Spring. It would be wise for orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas to be in at the end of October. Our turkeys are free range-- the pens are to protect them from predators. They do fly in and out, and at night they often roost on the roof. It's important for us that they eat healthy food, and in turn be healthy food for us. They feed on what's out in the field and yard, and also, natural certified Purina, and when older also oats and corn.
