CSA: Bever Farms LLC

Whole or half beef for sale. Prices for whole and half a beef (ask us about a quarter beef share). Processing/butcher fees included. Grass Fed Beef available late fall. Usually around 650lb for a whole and around 325lb for a half beef hanging weight. Grass Fed/ Grain Finished available mid winter. Usually around 850lb for a whole beef and 425 for a half a beef hanging weight. We work with a variety of local Lockers and butchers. We usually sell our steers to the customer and have a local Locker process the Cattle. Full USDA processing available. On farm site slaughter can be discussed.
