Bialas Farms offers a large variety of top-quality produce all grown on our beautiful 55-acre Black Dirt farm. We are growing well over 100 varieties of produce with an emphasis on GREAT TASTING vegetables, including heirloom varieties.
Our Summer CSA runs from mid-June to mid-October (Winter CSA starts right after so you won't miss a meal). We offer both large and small size shares, bi-weekly pick-ups, and a 'free choice' declining balance option.
All CSA members receive The FarmGirl Cooks' weekly e-newsletter featuring recipes and tips using the produce you'll get in your share.
