Bidwell Breeders

The company was started in January of 2020 by myself, Esraul Redding. As a local born and raised in Chico and with long standing pride in my community, I wanted to do something that not only brought me peace and happiness, but could sustain a viable business. What started as a hobby and passion soon turned into a business, which has been operating for over 5 years with licensing from the FSA, FDA, and California Fish and Game, and with a registry from the USDA.

Currently there are over 200 Jumbo Coturnix Quail on sight with over 100+ eggs incubating every few weeks and plans to expand to over 600 birds producing 300+ eggs per day.

We also raise and breed Chukar, Valley Quail, and Ring-Neck Pheasants; selling fertile eggs, breeding pairs, and chicks.
