Tracey is a registered dietitian with specialty training in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy. She loves to partner with local farmers to encourage her clients to purchase local food that is sustainably raised. She advocates for improving personal health and environmental health by supporting local farmers. She is available for presentations on ancestral diets, whole foods eating, the low carb high healthy fat diet and more. She specializes in working with people with neurodegenerative diseases such as cognitive decline, Alzheimer's Disease and Parkinson's. She also assists clients with gastrointestinal disorders, autoimmune diseases, autism spectrum disorder, mental health problems and ADD/ADHD.
