Birch Rise Farm goal is to produce healthful, flavorful foods, using no shortcuts. We focus on pasture-raised chickens, pastured pork, pastured lamb, pastured turkeys, free-range eggs, and we are continuing to grow. The philosophy of our operation is to use as many all-natural solutions as we can while keeping the production of animal products as humane as we can. We intend to continue as a small farm, hands-on and personal, sharing our bounty with our customers. We hope you will taste and appreciate the difference as well!

Here are our amazing meat CSA packages available to you once a month:
$225 ? The Piglet Don?t have a big freezer? This is the package for you! The PIGLET package consists of 25 POUNDS of local pasture-raised meat: beef, pork, and chicken.
$325 ? The Sow No chest freezer, but have enough room for a little extra? This package is for you! The SOW package consists of 40 Pounds of local pasture-raised meat: beef, pork, and chicken.
$525 ? The Boar Have an empty chest freezer? This package will definitely top it off with deliciousness! The BOAR package consists of 70 Pounds of local pasture-raised meat: beef, pork, and chicken. This package provides the biggest bang for your dollar.
Some meat bundle?s require you to purchase several months in advance and ask you to prepay for that period of time. NOT US! We are CONFIDENT you will be IMPRESSED with the QUALITY so are offering The Piglet, The Sow, and The Boar packages on a first come, first serve monthly basis. Of course, if you?d like to sign up for several months at a time to secure your spot we would encourage that as well. We have a limited supply of each bundle.
