From our range to yours! At Bird Creek Ranch, our family uses holistic management practices to raise grassfed Highland beef and Icelandic lamb for your health and enjoyment. Bird Creek Ranch animals are treated humanely, growing under Montana's Big Sky with its fresh air, sunshine, and green pastures. We do not use routine antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetically modified organisms. Our naturally tender Highland beef and Icelandic lamb is lean, healthy meat that is USDA inspected and available for sale in individual cuts, in a half and whole carcasses, and by subscription (deliveries and payment in 4 installments). It comes to the customer cut, wrapped and flash-frozen to preserve its freshness. The meat is available year round, with regular deliveries to the Great Falls, Helena, and Cascade areas. During the summer, customers can also make contact at the Great Falls Farmer's Market (Prairie Heritage Farms booth) or at the Helena Market (Sheep Spring Farm booth). We also have 100% wool roving and yarn in six natural colors, in addition to Icelandic pelts, Highland hides and skulls.
