My husband and I have raised small flocks of birds (chickens, and ducks) over the years and we are now trying our hand at a much larger production. We have a flock of Khaki Campbell laying ducks that are producing 4 dozen eggs a day. We also have a flock of up and coming gold star pullets who should start to lay any day. We anticipate getting about 7 dozen eggs a day from them. The duck eggs are exceptional for baking and the chicken eggs are good eating.
