The Ironwood Tree Experience (ITE), a project of Prescott College, seeks to empower youth through mindful, active, and educational eco-programs that emphasize youth wellness, community action, character development, and sustainable practices. ITE manages the Tubac Farmers' Market, promoting local growers and food produces; sustainable food systems; high quality nutrition; and Earth friendly practices.
Tubac Farmer's Market occurs every Thursday from 10am-2pm, October-April, and is located in the Brasher complex of Plaza De Anza in Tubac, Arizona.
Take I-19 South to Exit 34, East to the frontage road, then North to Brasher's Plaza de Anza. Next to Tubac Village shops.

Products and Crops
Tubac Farmers' Market currently represents local growers or food produces from Pima, Santa Cruz, and Cochise counties. Amoung our favorite features are wild caught fish, salsas, spring lettuce and veggie varities, native seeds and herbs, Sonoran Desert cacti, organic preserves, jams, and jellies, mesquite tortillas, baked goods including empanadas and danishes, spices, Arizona Pistachios, nitrate-free salami, organic fair-trade freshly roasted cofee, and natural skin care products.
