Wilsons Gourds

Come visit our family owned gourd home business in the country in Kell, IL located off highway 37 and the interstate 57 Centralia exit. You will find some gourd plants growing outside and may visit our barn filled with dried gourds for sale. Inside our home is our studio where we take gourds that we have grown or purchased and make attractive birdhouses, ornaments, bowls and containers, etc. for our customers enjoyment when we vend at farm markets in Salem, IL and others and attend fairs and festivals throughout the year both outside and inside shows. All this keeps us busy throughout the year. We are currently Region 1 co-directors and Region2 for the southern section of Illinois for the Illinois Gourd Society and members of the American Gourd Society. We enjoy telling folks about the history of gourds, growing techniques, teaching gourd workshops for public to make their own gourd creations, and meeting folks. We love our gourds!!!!
