We are a family owned and operated wood-fired brick oven bakery and farm specializing in naturally leavened varieties of breads and pastries. Because we're a small homestead, as well, we'll have fruits, eggs and jams/jellies from time to time. CSB (community-supported bakery) is available at 4, 12, and 52-loaf levels. We also specialize in Nebraska-friendly varieties of blackberries, as well as indigenous raspberry varieties. We sell plant starts and berries.

This bread is some of the best I have ever served my family. Week after week, they delight me with old favorites and new flavors. The bagels are as close to New York as I've ever tasted and the Olive loaf is one of my favorite's. You won't be disappointed.
