Blended Pastures Farmstead is a small, sustainable farm located in Woodland, Alabama, offering pasture-raised, grain-finished beef from our own herd of Sim-Angus cattle. Our cattle are grass-fed and finished on a carefully managed, natural grain diet to produce tender, flavorful beef with superior marbling and nutrition. All livestock is raised without synthetic hormones or unnecessary antibiotics.

We also specialize in handcrafted tallow-based skincare, using nutrient-rich tallow from our grass-fed beef. Our line of whipped tallow lotions, balms, and natural body care products is made in small batches right on the farm, perfect for customers looking for clean, traditional skincare.

Our products are available year-round at The Farmstand at Blended Pastures, located just minutes from Lake Wedowee. The farmstand offers a curated selection of farm-raised beef, tallow skincare, seasonal produce, and local farm goods, all sold on an honor-system basis. It’s an ideal stop for locals and vacationers seeking fresh local food near Lake Wedowee.

In addition to in-person shopping, we also offer a fully stocked online store, making it easy to order grass-fed beef, tallow skincare, and farm goods online for pickup or delivery. We offer farm tours by appointment, giving visitors the chance to see our cattle, learn about our rotational grazing practices, and experience farm life firsthand.
