Swiss'er Sweet Maple will once again host it's annual Maple Weekends March 17th - 18th & March 24th - 25th from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Our maple shanty is easily accessible with plenty of parking, located 2 miles from Croghan NY. The Zehr family will give tours of the entire maple syrup process from our trees to your breakfast table. Our maple operation continues to mix old maple traditions with new, gathering sap with both buckets and newly installed tubing; as well as producing our "liquid gold" on an oil fired evaporator using reverse osmosis. Come witness the first true sign of spring and taste the tradition. Our maple gift shop will be open to the public. Free maple samples are available, including our maple cotton candy made fresh on site. Photo opportunities, door prizes, and fun for the whole family. Best of all the event is FREE.
