Mixed greens recipe notes

I made the mixed greens recipe from our newsletter last night...My family gets the same share as yours! I made a few changes/substitutions and it was so delicious!

I used both chard and kale.

In place of balsamic vinegar: apple cider vinegar

Instead of sugar: honey

no pine nuts: sunflowers seeds

Trades: extra lettuce for salads
