Pressure Cooked Galic Mashed Taters

(Cynthia snoozes while Jane mashes)

Most of you probably have your own method of making mashed potatoes, but you can save time and intensify flavor by using a pressure cooker to make mashers.  Use small yellow finn or red potatoes and leave the skins on to increase the nutrient value. Watch video and print recipe HERE.

Cynthia, I never thought cooking mashers in the pressure cooker. I always thought they'd become gooey. And believe me I have a ready supply - (In full disclosure I'm the Communication Specialist for Full Circle Farm) and any farm in the Northwest has plenty of potatoes. But, I will definitely have to give this one a go and share it with our members.

Thanks!

Gabriel
