The broilers will be ready first part of April and they are going pretty quick. These are not your normal Cornish X's. These are the broilers that are used in France, they are a slow grower. Meat has much more flavor and the meat is firm not mushy like Cornish X's. Visit our local harvest store or website and pre-order yours today before you have to wait another month for the best chciken you have ever tasted.
