Waiting for that first bulb of garlic with it's fat, crisp, juicy cloves is a lesson in patience!  We planted all those thousands of cloves back in October and plan to begin harvest in late June.  The garlic field is looking beautiful, by the way.  We are enjoying garlic scallions now, and before we know it...

We've had 4 Saturday Farmer's Markets already, at our new location in south Montrose.  The markets have been well attended despite some "not so nice" weather and lots of wind! Here's hoping our windy season is about over!

This Wednesday was our first Farmer's Market of the year for the downtown Montrose location at Main St. and N. Uncompahgre.  It was a good day with beautiful weather!  Yea!

Today was the first of the season Ouray Farmer's Market, which will be held every Thursday afternoon through September.  Town is still kind of quiet, but will soon be bustling with the summertime crowd!

 The Shantung Purple is up, in the field, and all the garlic in the hoop houses is up and looking good! 

We've already harvested some garlic greens and will soon be harvesting garlic scallions.
