Bluegrass Farmers Market

It's National Farmers Market Week and it's wonderful that our government recognizes the important role that farmers play in our daily living. But, we celebrate our farmers market every time we pull our trucks into place, set up our tents and unload the bounty from our farms! It's what we do and it's what we love doing because we know that our customers deserve and love the freshest available! So, we thank you for making National Farmers Market Week a daily event for us.

Doing what we love sometimes has its disadvantages, like at the Tuesday market this week. Our farmers got caught in the torrential downpour that hit Lexington! Lucky for them that we set up in a parking lot that has businesses and a church that saw their dilemma and invited them in until the rain stopped. We thank them for thinking of us all of the time but especially on Tuesday!

So, take the short drive out Richmond Rd. to visit us this Saturday at 3450 Richmond Rd. in the Pedal the Planet and Fast Signs tree lined parking lot. It's right next to the Glenn Auto Mall just outside of Man 'O War Blvd. Parking is right there and we pride ourselves on being wheelchair and stroller friendly. The four-legged guys and gals are always welcome too! We'll be there from 9 until 2!

Don't forget today is our Thursday market at the Fayette County Health Department on Newtown Pike form 4 until 6:30!
