Well, I do not know if it was anyone thing or a combination of all the things I did this weekend, did me in.
It rained Friday, so the garden was still wet. Then I thought of all the endless things still to do. I decided to build a new ,as I call it a rack, for the bee hives to keep them off the ground. Also I'm wanting to move where they are to make it easier for my bee keeper to get at them.
I got ambitious and built a new wash stand area for cleaning the vegetables also.
It is sooner than I usually plant tomatoes, but it dried out a bit and the weather man does not see anymore freezes coming this week. And I'm going to risk the next week.! I usually never plant tomatoes until the 15th. of April. I have about 100 celebrity tomatoes ready to put out and 60 early girls ( lost about 40 to my dog knocking them over one day while I was at work. They did not recover.) I also had 100 bell pepper plants to get out. So, off I went after church to the field! I put a little bone meal and green sand in each hole as I planted.
After a hot bath, not so hot I got sun burned ! I'm to sore to move. And I have to drag myself out of bed in the morning and off to work.
