Borrowed Thyme Farm

We are currently saving Rhode Island Red Eggs for hatching. Hopefully our rooster is doing a great job! We want lots of chicks! We are working on expanding the free range area for our breeding coop.

All of our laying hens are very busy, they are laying about 2 dozen per day!

We are very excited, the eggs we saved from our own Blue-Wheaten Americana chickens are hatching this weekend. It is always exciting to hear the first cheeps in the incubator. Today we are also building another coop for my daughters 4H chickens! What a fun weekend! :)
