Thanks for all the reservations, folks! We are processing turkeys this coming weekend, in what we call "Turkey Weekend". Three straight days of turkey processing. It's very exhausting, but most folks go home with a tasty bird for their hard work. We are sold out, but email us if you want to be on the waiting list.
