Good day all! Just an update on our crops.. We have survived a rather hard summer, and we are still going strong. We are still producing jalapenos, eggplants, tomatoes, squash and zucchini. We will be at a special farmers market November 17, 2011 from 3-7 in Uvalde Market Square in Uvalde, Texas. We will feature our famous spaghetti sauce, candied jalapenos, and pickled jalapenos. We will also have available salsa our regular and zucchini salsa. Come by and have a sample. We look forward to seeing ya'll there.

Boy is it hot here in South Texas...We are still making tomatoes, and peppers and the eggplants are in bloom... We really could use the rain to calm the 107 degree temps. We have been canning the tomatoes, and making lots spaghetti sauce, and salsa. All the freshness from the garden in a can. We also have lots of stewed tomatoes. We will be at the Uvalde Market Days hopefully this Saturday June 25. Come by and get a sample.
