Energy Smoothie
1 Apple, cut up
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Rounded Tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Cup Fat-free Yogurt
1/4 Cup Chocolate Whey Powder
1/2 Cup Fat-free Milk
2-3 Ice Cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Enjoy.
Refreshing Smoothie
6 Strawberries
1/2 Cup Blueberries
1/2 Cup Apple Juice
1/2 Apple, cut up
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cup Vanilla Whey Powder
1/4 Cup Wheat Germ or Oatmeal
1/2 Cup Yogurt
2-3 Ice Cubes (optional)
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
Enjoy.
