Mullein is highly antihistaminic, ant-inflammatory, antiviral, anticancer, estrogenic, fungicidal, sedative, and cardio-depressant, antispasmodic, astringent, emollient, expectorant, nervine and demulcent. I have been taking Mullein every day since 1994 for chronic Bronchial Asthma.

 Used as a tea, Mullein has been used in the treatment of chest complaints, diarrhea, bleeding of the lungs and bowels. Placing drops of steeped tea infusion into the ear for earaches. It is also used for the treatment of migraines and oppressions of the ear. Mullein seeds contain saponins which are considered toxic.
