Well,

  I cant believe it.  Here we are, another year gone by and our southern softneck is already for harvest.  We cant wait to cure it and offer it again as the first fresh garlic in the US.  The crop looks gorgeous and I know it will taste Dynomite!  It will be a hot few weeks of harvesting and cleaning, but soon the rewards of fresh cloves shall erase all of our aches and pains!
