December 8th on the Farm!

Hi Blue Sky Friends!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful week!  I am really looking forward to being on the farm this weekend!  Blue Sky will be open Sat., 10-4, as usual.  Also, going on this weekend is "Open Barn" at the farm.  It will be a time to visit the alpacas, shop Humming Star Alpacas' store, and come by the stand for fresh, local produce.  This weekend Blue Sky will have kale, turnips, collards, mustard greens, broccoli, chinese cabbage, carrots, cracked pecans, satsumas, meyer lemons and a limited supply of fresh yard eggs (hard to come these days because all the chickens seem to be molting this time of year).  =)
Remember, all of the produce at Blue Sky is fresh-cut the day before you purchase, and it is all grown right here in Baldwin County.  The growers practice organic methods, and we strive to keep our prices competitive with grocery stores and other farmer's markets in the area, even though our produce is grown organically.
Don't forget, we also sell local, hand-crafted soap, salve and lip balm, as well as honey and other homemade gifts.
Enjoy the rest of your week!  See ya on the farm!
