Lime and Cuke salad:

Slice 3 cukes thin slice 1 red onion thin mix well soak in water and 2 t salt for 1 hr or over night

Rinse well.

Squeeze 2 limes and zest  Throughout the cuke/onion mix

Serve warm or cold Yummy!
