Easter Readiness update

WE need to think about our protein needs for the Easter Season or March month. If you are wanting lamb we will need to know before March 4. That is our processing date. Do you want a whole leg bone in or whole leg boneless? whole shoulder? etc. Beef standing rib roast or whole brisket(currently in stock ~9 lbs). Whole Roasting chicken: ~5 lbs, Pork ribs, Boston butt larger than 2 lbs, Thick cut pork chops?, whole or cut up rabbits? Cheeses for platters, eggs for all types of cooking. Just let us know. Do you need local unpasturized honey to help with your allergies? we have honey in 1.5 lb jars available
