Expecting a lot of rain this week. Good thing we planted on all of the good days over the past three weekends.
So far in the ground we have four 50 yard rows of assorted greens including lettuces, spinach, collards, mustards, mizunas, arugulas, and endive.
And three 50 yard rows of radishes, carrots, beets, turnips, green onions and salsify.
And one 50 yard row of Yukon Gold potatoes, 300 pounds of fingerlings coming in next week.
Eight ten yard rows of garlic that were overwintered are up and growing fast.
Overwintered herbs including parsley, celery, chervil, celeriac, sage, sorrel, and mints are starting to grow quickly. New herbs plants including tarragon, rosemary, thyme, lavender and .oregano are doing well inside and won't be put in the ground until next week.
Expecting 5000 onion and leek plants next week to be planted over the next 30 days
