BEEF BULK PRICE
Fill your freezer with our top quality beef and save money! Our whole and half sized quantity is $6.75 per pound based on the hanging weight taken at the processor. This price includes the required brand inspection service, delivery of the animal to the processor, animal dispatch fee, waste removal fees, cutting your custom order and freezer paper wrap packaging. If you choose to have all meat vacuum seal packed and/or wish to add specialty items such as pre-made burger patties, sausage and etc. those charges are at an additional cost. Please contact us for a list of available extras from the processing facility. We require a $500 deposit which secures your purchase and reservation time.

PORK INDIVIDUAL CUTS
Our individual cuts are available only from our cross breed pigs. Our highly prized pork is the result of many years of selective breeding between the rare Meishan, Mangalitsa and heritage Berkshire (Kurobuta) pigs. The result is a rich meat that is well marbled and very juicy. The meat has the best qualities from all these breeds and finished to processing size quicker than the pure bred Meishan or Mangalitsa.

With the changing seasons and the first snows, we ranchers begin the hard work of bringing our cattle in from the summer pastures and prepping them for the long winter. NOW is also the time for our local Montana residents to secure their meat supplies and get a secured date at our processor. We have a wonderful local processor that works with you to get the beef cut and ready for your freezer!
As for the beef available from RSP Ranch? You have good options here depending upon your meat preferences. We have a limited number of ALL grass fed Black Angus cattle that are grass fed and grass finished.
For customers that prefer a bit more marbling to the meat as well as milder finished beef flavor, we offer grain finished beef. These animals are fed local grains in addition to grass hay for at least 60 days prior to being processed. We offer Black Angus as well as Shorthorn beef breeds. Both of these breeds offer great depth of flavor, juiciness and terrific flavor.
To secure YOUR meat supply for the year, simply email us here at the ranch and we will send you all the details you need. We do our best to keep our prices comparable to other local ranchers whenever possible. As well, please remember that we require a $500 deposit for a full and half beef to secure the processor and hold a beef just for you. We also offer a quarter box share that can be great for customers wanting great Montana raised local beef but simply dont have room or need for a hald side of beef.
